Countdown timer#
Set Start date and End date in the Countdown timer section. The browser parses these values; use an unambiguous date/time including a timezone offset when appropriate. At expiry the display reaches zero; it does not end a Shopify discount, hide the campaign automatically, or restart a sale for each visitor.
Delivery estimate#
Delivery estimate adds Processing time to the minimum/maximum shipping days. The current calculation adds calendar-day seconds and adds a day after the configured cutoff. It does not consult carrier APIs, exclude weekends/holidays or calculate a location-specific shipping service. Store-rendered date/time behavior must be checked for your timezone and cutoff.
Age verification#
Add/show Age verification in the Overlay group and enable it. Set the age, explanatory text, confirmation and decline labels/messages, and optional image. This is a customer self-confirmation interface; it is not identity verification. Configure any actual business restrictions through the appropriate store process.
Test the boundaries#
- Preview a countdown before and after expiry and from another timezone.
- Check delivery dates immediately before/after cutoff and across weekends.
- Test age confirmation, decline, browser persistence, keyboard navigation and competing overlays.
- Use genuine campaign dates and actual store information.
